The enquiry form collects the name, email address, optional telephone number and company, service selection and business overview that you voluntarily provide, to assess your needs, respond to you and prepare the project scope. Information is sent through Tencent Enterprise Email SMTP to Drew@sfc8.com; it does not automatically submit an application to FCA or PRA.
Do not send passports, identity cards, customer transaction records, bank cards or passwords through public forms. Necessary sensitive project information should be provided separately once the responsible legal entity, purpose of use and secure delivery channel have been established.
Protection, retention and individual requests
Once received by email, information is processed by Rengang Yongsheng and its authorised personnel for consulting follow-up and applicable compliance needs, not for selling client lists. Where third-party professional resources are needed, the scope of sharing and corresponding legal basis should be confirmed in light of the project.
For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consultation consent or privacy enquiries, contact Drew@sfc8.com. Records that must be retained by law may not be eligible for immediate deletion; only the scope currently explainable is provided, without promises of fixed retention periods or data residency countries that have not been configured.
Technology and external links
The website hosting platform may process access logs, operational information and analytics data to maintain the service. This website has no self-developed visitor account or payment functionality; directory searches and comparisons run within the browser, and enquiry information is sent only when actively submitted.
Access to WhatsApp, WeChat, official legislation and linked websites is handled by the respective third parties and is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. This page does not imply that all data from external platforms is stored on this website.
Reading language, IP country detection and preferences
This website uses Simplified Chinese as its master version and provides machine-assisted reading translations in Traditional Chinese, English, French and Japanese. Explicit language links and your manually saved selection take priority; only when no selection has been made will the browser send a request toCountry lookup serviceAn anonymous request is made to suggest a language based on the country associated with the network egress IP. This third party and its infrastructure receive the public IP needed for the connection and standard browser network information. This website does not send consultation forms, page paths or GPS locations to it, and does not store the complete IP returned by the interface.
The country code and timestamp are cached only locally in the browser for 24 hours; unsuccessful identification results are briefly cached for 5 minutes. Manually selected reading preferences are saved in the local browser until you change your selection or clear site storage. IP may be inaccurate because of VPN, proxies or database errors, and is not used for regulatory eligibility, security or identity assessments. Unknown countries, network timeouts or unavailable translations can all fall back to Simplified Chinese, and you can select a language manually at any time. If browser storage is disabled, language links can still retain the current selection. Original regulatory texts prevail, and downloadable attachments remain in their original language. Reading a translation does not upload or translate information you enter in the consultation form.
Independent third-party services and regulatory boundaries
Ren Gang Yong Sheng (Hong Kong) Limited is not FCA, PRA, Bank of England, Companies House or a bank. This website’s commercial classification numbers are not official statutory licence numbers. Registration, authorisation, appointed representatives, organisational models and insurance classes are not conflated.
